Personal training done in the comfort of your own home. Your first session will always be a fitness assessment and consultation. Trust me, this in and of itself will be a workout. We don't need a lot of space so anyplace in your home will work just fine. (Even we if have to scoot the coffee table out of the way.)
Your In Home Personal Training will include:
- One on one personalized training with me in your home
- All equipment needed (unless you prefer to use your own)
- First session includes:

- Body Composition Analysis

Virtual training is a great alternative or supplement to In Home Training. Whether you're not local to Las Vegas/Henderson, want a detailed plan to supplement your in home sessions with me or you'd just rather work out on your own, Virtual Training is a fantastic way to get the benefits of an in person trainer without having to be in person. Save $5/session on In Home Training when you purchase a Virtual Training Package!
